CONSULTATION
Hourly consultations are the first step in the MLD process.
Consultations include Mimi and team reviewing the space and project needs with you, giving ideas and recommending a path forward.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Full Service design is our speciality, in which Marian Louise Design takes your project from concept, through execution and ending with a beautiful, livable space unique to your family.
Throughout the process we develop a relationship with you and your family, discover your unique needs, goals and style profile and then create a design concept that reflects you AND achieves the vision we are known for.
After that, our team manages all of the ordering, tracking, receiving and installation.
BUILDER'S PACKAGE
We partner with home builder's to specify finish selections, from brick, roof and paint colors to lighting fixtures and hardware styles. MLD walks along the build process with the home builder to ensure that the finished product has that designer feel.
DESIGNER FOR A DAY
Our Designer for a Day service is ideal for those projects that just need a day of design focus. We specifically target one area in your house. We can go shopping for your space or, if you need selections for a bath or kitchen renovation, we utilize the time allotted (in showrooms) to productively hone in on your most pressing needs.
During this unique 4-hour one-on-one consultation, we will:
